Terms & Conditions

Website use

This website is provided for general information about Wisdom Custom Homes, our services, designs, projects and enquiry process. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious material, or use website content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Building information, availability, pricing, inclusions, timeframes and other project details may change and may depend on site conditions, approvals, consultant requirements, supplier availability and the terms of a signed building agreement. Website content is general information and does not itself form a building contract or quotation unless expressly stated.

Project and image representation

Some projects displayed or referenced by Wisdom Custom Homes may have been undertaken, delivered, managed, constructed or otherwise associated with related companies, contractors, project partners or other entities. The extent of Wisdom Custom Homes' involvement may vary between projects.

Certain photographs, project images or promotional materials may be digitally or artificially edited for presentation purposes, including the replacement, removal or updating of signage, logos or branding to reflect current Wisdom Custom Homes branding. Where such images relate to a project owned, delivered or controlled by another company or associated entity, any such use or branding alteration is undertaken with permission or authorisation granted by the relevant project owner, company or authorised rights holder.

Such alterations are for branding and presentation purposes only and do not alter the underlying project, construction work or property shown. Images should not be interpreted as representing that Wisdom Custom Homes was solely responsible for every stage of construction unless expressly stated.

Designs, specifications and examples

Plans, renders, photographs, finishes, specifications and other examples shown on this website are illustrative unless expressly identified as final contractual documents. Final design, dimensions, materials, colours, inclusions and construction outcomes may vary according to the relevant project, approvals, site conditions and building agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, layout, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to Wisdom Custom Homes. Third-party photographs, designs, trademarks and other material remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to display or adapt third-party project imagery does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Third-party links and content

This website may contain links to third-party websites, social platforms, suppliers, consultants or other external services. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party websites and a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Legal rights and liability

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, use of this website and reliance on general website information is at the user's own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our website, services, business arrangements or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
